Description
A traditional Michael Thonet design chair from the famous Bentwood chair designer of Circa 1860 from Eastern Europe. These chair designs are still in running production in only around 4 factories in the world that have the moulds, the skills and technologies. The frame is produced of beech and then steam bent into the frame shape. These chairs are extremely strong and last years in contract use and can be found as antiques to this day. They are classic designs and fantastic for use in cafes, bars and restaurants. The chairs can be upholstered to the seat and sometimes the backrest. In genuine leather, they look fantastic with an antique stud to finish off the edge of the upholstery.
